The Position

We are partnering with a growing technology provider specializing in bespoke software platforms for the automotive industry. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Software Support Rep to join their collaborative support team based in the Norwest / Castle Hill area.

This role is focused on managing incoming customer support inquiries for their specialized dealership software platform from day one. You will receive comprehensive, ground-up training, meaning a traditional software engineering background is not required. As you grow with the business, there will be fantastic opportunities for career progression into Business Analysis, management, or customer success roles.

Please note: This role is strictly focused on customer support and relationship management. It is not a pathway into internal software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound support tickets and customer inquiries regarding the dealership platform.

• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve user software queries with guidance and escalation paths available via senior team members.

• Develop a thorough, end-to-end understanding of the bespoke software platform through comprehensive internal training.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

• Participate in occasional on-site dealership visits alongside senior staff to assist with client training as the business scales.

• Strong Communication & Service Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments are highly welcome.

• Work Ethic & Engagement: Highly motivated, engaged, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic team environment.

• Long-Term Stability: A genuine desire to commit to a stable, long-term career path rather than short-term job-hopping, given the significant training investment. Candidates local to the Hills District are highly preferred.
