About the Opportunity

Talent Aligned is partnering with a premier technology provider to expand their service capability across Queensland. Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated service team. This is an exceptional opportunity to align your technical expertise with a market leader, working with complex, state-of-the-art equipment and ensuring seamless operation for critical client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planned preventative maintenance across your designated Queensland territory.
  • Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Perform advanced fault finding and troubleshooting on intricate electronic and electrical systems.
  • Manage and implement system upgrades and technical modifications.
  • Provide expert technical support and maintain excellent relationships with end users.

The Ideal Profile 

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer with a solid foundation in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Experience with high powered medical lasers preferred
  • ​​​​​​​Experience with advanced laser equipment in other industries is also a benefit.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
  • A background in Biomedical Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and technical improvement.
